**Valé Encantado**, a premier hospitality venue located in the vibrant **Clerks Quarters, Buea**, is urgently seeking 2 dynamic, hardworking, and serious female **Bartenders / Food and Beverage Servers** to join our energetic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced nightlife or lounge environment and possess exceptional customer service skills, this is your opportunity to build a career with a top establishment.
As a core member of our front-of-house staff, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, prepare exceptional drinks, and deliver flawless table service.
### Responsibilities
* **Beverage Preparation:** Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to venue standards.
* **Table Service:** Welcome guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and deliver items promptly.
* **Customer Engagement:** Provide excellent, friendly hospitality to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize repeat business.
* **Bar Cleanliness:** Maintain a spotless, organized bar and seating area in strict compliance with hygiene standards.
* **Shift Management:** Adapt flexibly to a rotating shift schedule to ensure continuous, high-quality service coverage.
### Requirements & Qualifications
* Must be exceptionally serious, punctual, honest, and hardworking.
* Strong communication, active listening, and customer relationship skills.
* Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure during peak weekend and evening shifts.
* Previous experience in a bar, lounge, or restaurant environment is a strong advantage.
* Proximity to **Clerks Quarters, Buea** or reliable transport for late-night/evening shifts is preferred.
