### **Job Overview**
* **Job Title:** Daily Collector / Microfinance Collection Agent
* **Company:** Goodwill Financial House
* **Location:** Yaoundé, Cameroon (On-site / Field-based)

### **Key Responsibilities (Nature of Work)**
As a Daily Collector, you will be the face of Goodwill Financial House in the field. Your primary duties will include:
* **Field Collection:** Securely collecting and recording daily savings from registered market traders, small business owners, and individual customers.
* **Customer Relations:** Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and addressing their basic inquiries.
* **Accountability:** Accurately balancing collected funds at the end of each day and reporting directly to management.
### **Required Qualifications & Eligibility**
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* **Education:** Minimum of **Ordinary Level (O-Level)** or equivalent.
* **Languages:** Fully bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both **English and French**.
* **Core Skills:** Excellent verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and basic numerical aptitude.
* **Key Traits:** High integrity, honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
* **Experience:** Previous experience in microfinance collections, field sales, or cash handling is highly preferred but **not mandatory** (an added advantage).
