private employer in **Yaoundé (Ahala)** is seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and versatile professional for a dual-role position as a **House Manager and Executive Personal Assistant**. This immediate-start role combines household oversight with high-level personal assistance, requiring exceptional communication and organizational skills.
### Key Responsibilities
* **Household Management:** Oversee daily operations, maintain strict cleanliness standards, and perform professional-grade ironing (**essential requirement**).
* **Administrative Assistance:** Handle scheduling, coordination, and correspondence for the employer.
* **Travel Support:** Maintain total availability for domestic travel within Cameroon and occasional international trips.
### Profile & Requirements
* **Education:** Minimum of a University Degree or equivalent qualification.
* **Language Skills:** Fully bilingual in **English and French** with strong written proficiency in at least one language.
* **Location & Availability:** Must be currently based in Yaoundé and ready for an **immediate start**.
* **Key Traits:** High integrity, exceptional personal hygiene, and a flexible schedule.

### Salary & Compensation Structure

* **Month 2:** 100,000 FCFA (Based on satisfactory performance)
* **Month 3:** 100,000 FCFA (Extension of adaptation period if required)
* **Month 4 onwards:** Up to 120,000 FCFA (Subject to performance review)
